Why can't I connect Candy Crush to Facebook?

I recently changed my password through a link from king.com. Ever since, I try to log in and it says no internet connection.  I have always used wifi and have not changed my connection.  I got a Facebook account hoping to log in using that and it says I can not access the kingdom please try again later.  My progression is where I left off and can move to new levels with no problem.  I can't get any boosters, it's says Facebook session expired.  Can someone help?  I have tried everything.  Updates to Candy crush are good, emptied my cache, rebooted etc.  can someone help, the auto reply from King is of no use.

Your username and password for King.com and Facebook will be different. Are you sure you are putting in the correct email address and password? Try logging into your Facebook app on your mobile and check that it is logged in to the correct profile.
