Have had this happen on multiple levels ( currently level 345 )and it always when I am about to win.

Oh no that must be really frustrating. Make sure that you clear your cache and check that your java is up to date as this could cause freezing or crashing. If that does not work, I would try it in another browser. Check out this video too:
