I need to reset my phone to factory setting. How do I save my candy crush progress before I reset my phone?
Can anybody help me im on level 1247 on candy crush saga and are due for a new phonw,i dont use Facebook how can i save my progress.
FYI, you will lose all boosts if you do not use some kind of backup software to save the data on your phone. You'll still have your level progress and any gold bars, but all boosts, even those you paid for, could be lost if you only rely on Kingdom or Facebook for backup. I'm trying to remember how I backed everything up last time I reset, but I do remember that!
Easiest way is to do that is to connect your game to Kingdom or Facebook, once its connected it will store your progress and all you have to do once you reset your phone is to download the game again and connect it to Kingdom or Facebook. Hope this helps

The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
Hello, I played so hard and purchased lot of coins to get 300 coins in musical season task, I finished 8 and still have the 9 one and I can't see it, yesterday I checked I see that I have 36 hours to be done. What can I do now it is not fair at all
I completed 2 sets of levels, gold chocolate box, and finished all of my tapes earning over 100 gold bars. When I opened my game this morning, they were ALL GONE. I now have ZERO!!! I spend a lot of time earning those and would really appreciate if they were added back to my account. So upsetting!
