didn't give me new level

i passed the level 117 last night. i got on tonight to play and i'm still at level 117. why is that?

Hey Karen, did you get the Sugar Crush and did you move on to the next level on the map? You should never close the game prior to this, otherwise it won't recognize your recent achievement. If this isn't the case, then try to clear your browser's cache or try playing in another browser and see if you've moved on now.
