My computer can load my level but my iphone cant ! pls help ty

i was alway playing candy crush saga on my iphone and there is this notification came i forget what it is i pressed and i have to restart from level one . but when i go on my computer my level is still there . im on level 592 . i tried to reinstall the game on my phone but its still not working ! is there anyway that can solve this problem ? its all synced with my facebook .

Hi Jo Long Beh! Sounds like a connectivity issue - or it could also be that the game is connected to the wrong Facebook account. Try starting the game, then go to setting, disconnect from Facebook. Now reboot your iPhone, then start the game again and click on the blue button (Connect to Facebook) and make sure you connect with the right username and password.
