I have completed 699 three times and the game will not proceed to 700.

I play crush on both my iPhone and iPad, it is the same game.  Each time I have won it goes through the bells and whistles of a win  then tells me I am out of moves.  Tried re booting both devices but am stuck on both on 699.  No offense but after winning it 3 times I am getting kinda sick of playing the same puzzle .  How do I move to 700?  Ugh

I do play through Facebook

Have you checked on Facebook on the PC if it has moved you to level 700? If it has then try logging out of Facebook on  your iPad/Phone and then log back in again. Make sure that you have a strong wifi connection on your devices. Make sure you have latest version of the game, failing that try a restart. Let us know how you get on.
