I go to use the wheel to get extras while playing and sometimes its just not working? Greyed out? Is this do to not being connected to Face Book? (or) Could it be do to bad IP connection?

Hi Kazz! Is this on King.com? It can happen on mobile devices if you are not connected to Facebook. Make sure you are connected to Facebook and that you have a good 3G/4G or Wifi connection.
