On level 76 the cherries are not counted even though they appear to drop.

In candy crush saga at level 76 it asks for 3cherries to drop. They do drop to the bottom but are not credited.

I have the same problem. Cannot make ingredients "stop" - they keep going back to the beginning. So I can't move on to next level. How do I remove this glitch?
