I accomplished all 3 levels as well and did not get my rewards. I do not see an envelope/email with process to get rewards. Can someone help?

Absolute fix, I lost everything and if I don't get it back I'm deleting all kings games and I will set up a boycot against them, wasted a weekend trying to get 6000 greens and I lost everything else I had
