cannot enter the kingdom

keep getting error messages saying cannot enter kingdom, cannot contact server. I cannot send requests out for help and wheel will not spin. I do not play thru FB. Do not want to delete app to reinstall because will lose all progress. I play on ipad. HELP

    Hey clflipp, check for updates for your iPad and Apps. Use Wi-Fi instead of cellular data. Connect to the Kingdom inside the game App; press on settings and select the orange Kingdom icon. Choose an avatar and nickname, enter your email address and choose a password. Save your progress. You can now try to reinstall the App; your progress has been saved. Please be aware that you might lose saved lives and boosters though, but you won't lose your levels.
