In Candy Crush Level 409 I some times lose an ingredient. It just disappears form the screen.

How can I keep this from happening so I can pass this level 409 in Candy Crush?

I can honestly say that I've never lost an ingredient before!? I checked my level and this is pretty much how it looked:
