I completed the 10000 green challenge Sunday night and never received my reward only 10 gold bars

Both my daughter and I completed the challenge and did not receive the promised boosters. I received 10 gold bars and my daughter received 30. I have emailed King several times but no response. How do we get our boosters?  I wasted 2 days working on this and could have been doing worthwhile things instead. Please advise.
