In Candy Crush Saga, a level ended, I tap "End Game" and it says "hey, you bought extend bombs by five!" -- there's no Undo or Approval, and I didn't even tap on that button. Contacting King gets me an automated email telling me to come to this website and that "this is the only response to your contact" (i.e. no one is actually answering requests at King).
Does anyone have a way to actually contact them to get my gold bars back? or is this their idea of customer service?
I know that the buttons are close together so its more than likely that you tapped the wrong button no? I mean, if that's the case then you should set up a PIN on your phone that you have to enter for all purchases, that way, you won't be able to accidentally purchase something again.
