Why do matched combos not credit in level 257 of Candy Crush Saga?

Wrapped and striped combos, and colour bomb and striped combos do not register on the score card once they have been achieved, hence unable to move on to next level because only get level failed result each time. Why? I play this game on my tablet connected to Facebook.

Hmmm very strange, I don't remember having any issues in this level. If this happens every time you play that level i'd record it and post it back into this thread for the moderators to see.

I had this question/problem too, but I discovered that to spread the jam at least one of the candies in the match must already be in a space with jam; if I met that criteria, jam always spreads, even my combos.

Don't know the answer. I'm experiencing this same problem today. Sometimes I get a check, but most of the time I don't. I should have passed this level a number of times all ready
