I think you have to carry on making moves and then the hazelnut will drop down. Both ingredients don't start off on the screen. Check out this video of a player passing this level:

On 28 of December I paid by paysafe 2.99 for a booster pack two times and neither received the booster nor got my money back. The same happened on 30 of December with a 3.99 booster once this time
