You'll have to play on either Facebook or King.com, it's not available on mobile.Also it looks like its another AB test (as i cannot see it in my game) so it's not definite that you will get it.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
