problems with boosters on phone app

I lost all my boosters on my phone app, what never ever connected to the laptop game (unsure if this is right or not) and now whenever i spin on the phone and it says i won something, they wont come up either.

if i do it on the computer it works fine, but i play on the phone more and this is putting me off playing, it is also the same with the sugar drops, i won prizes on the phone, and have not received them.

Hi! Sounds like there is an issue with the installed game on your mobile device. I suggest you try the following steps:

1) please make sure you have the game connected to Facebook to save your game progress

2) Check the game on Facebook that you have the same levels available as on your mobile device

3) Un-install the game from your mobile device

4) Reboot

5) Re-install the game

6) Start the game and click on the blue button to connect to Facebook

You should now have the game with correct levels as well as being able to use the daily bonus wheel.
