have blank lives in my mail box...they have no colour and no name. I have uninstalled the game and  reinstalled and they are still there...no colour and no name

Hey Sabrina, do you play Facebook or Kingdom connected? In case you play Facebook connected, you should check for updates for the game app, the Facebook app and your device in general. Check as well your setup in the Facebook settings and make sure you chose there to play with your friends.
