When game 528 comes up the portals where the cherry & acorn go out of are not there . Anyone else have that problem ??? Any ideas ??

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
