I'm at level 408 in Candy Crush Saga, but a month ago my game just quit letting me get past 393 ...

I can see every level and play on my PC, but I even bought a new Android when reinstalling didn't work. I've tried numerous mobile devices and they all lock up at the same place. I can still see the stars where I've completed levels, but My little train path has locked back and I can't progress AT ALL.... I've messaged help center till I'm blue in the face and nothing.... What do I do

Hi Kristin! Sounds like something is interfering with the game. You might have to do a backup of your mobile device followed by a factory reset. This will wipe all data on the mobile. After factory reset I suggest you only install the game (wait with installing other apps) and play a level after having connected the game to Facebook.
