how do I pass level 460 on Candy Crush Saga?

I have been on level 460 for about 6 weeks. No matter what I try, I can't get anywhere near completing the level. I have used 4 boosters at a time, including lillipops and the hand during the game, to no avail. When I crush mystery candies, I usually get blocks and of course, chocolate and time bombs. Many times I only get 6 moves and the bombs go off. I've watched vidoes, too. No help there. Some days I don't even care to play anymore. Hope you can help.

Try these tips to help with this level:
Destroying the cake bombs is your only option before you even begin to think about the right side.
Destroy one cake bomb at a time for maximum benefit if you are playing on the mobile version.
Use combinations to destroy the icing on the right side with striped candies and other specials.
