No rewards for Green Candy Challenge

I commented on someone else's post a few weeks ago, as well as marked that I had the same problem, but never received a response.  I did not receive the bonuses for completing the previous two candy challenges, except the gold bars on the first set, and possibly the gold bars on the middle one in one set.  Please help me out.  I emailed customer support, but they sent me here saying this was the only response to my email I'd receive.  However, I do see customer support answering people here.  Thanks so much!
