    Hi! I lost all my levels after updating my phone OS as well. The app got deleted. When I downloaded again, it started from level 1. I was above 2100 or 2200. Please help!

    Just to add, i got a new kindle fire, I had not connected my old kindle fire to FB, and my old one was reset before I realized it. As I said I was close to level 1100. Hope I can get it back!

    Hi, I have also lost all my levels when I have a new iPhone, and I logged in my Facebook. After I logged out Facebook, the level still cannot restore. I played as guest only, and I had lost my old devices....

    I've lost all of my progress of candy crush soda after connecting to fb.I was playing candy crush soda without connecting it to fb.After connected by accident to fb,My iPad have lost all my gold bars around 8288 and all boosters reward.Please help me to get it back. Thanks.

    Hi. I've changed device some time ago and was on about lvl 300. I can't seem to recover the progress when logging in through facebook or with an email.

    Would be grateful for assistance

    I have the same issue.. not registered by email and have lost my progress from about 1485 when I sync with Facebook it takes me back to level 1. ☹️
