No rewards for green candy challenge

I've been playing the green candies challenge since last night but the system is stuck on 2000 even though I should have at least 5000 points by now. I also did not receive any rewards for this game. This is the second time I've experienced this problem but the first time I'm contacting you about it. Please help!

I just noticed mine is doing the same and I have been playing for 2-3 hours now!
