I am having loading issues

If I have lives waiting I can't load.When I retry I can load but lose the lives & the ability to return lives to friends. Have done all the troubleshooting & have no other loading issues with any other games. Contacted support...don't know why! No help there.

Hi!

Have you tried playing the game on King.com?

Go to King.com and login. To sync your King.com account with your Facebook progress just follow these steps:

1) Click on Settings

2) Choose Account

3) Enter your password

4) Click on Synchronizing/ Connect to Facebook

5) Click on the two arrows

Once done your progress is synchronized and you can send and receive help.

Same issue for me and I am using King.com     Barely played all day as it won't load
