Why do you fix these games? Skill has no relevance!

Candies don't fall as they should, they're swapped out and fall to PREVENT winning. Combinations don't create what they should. I can only assume that the player will only win when KING wants you to. UGH!!! Childish! But kudo's to the writers, they're good at what they do. Me? Annoys the hell out of me!

⛔ Under investigation: Music event disappeared
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.

Not getting my deserved goldbars
I collected all the tapes in the right timeframe but did not get my 300 goldbars. That feels real unfair. Is it still possible to get them? I earned them fairly.
