I lost boosts and sugar drop challenge isn't working now.

I had to reset my phone and lost all of my boosts!!!!!!! I'm very upset about it!!! Also the sugar drop challenge isn't working now. Some of my levels on the map will show the bouncing icon but if I go into it, there are no goals listed!! Please help!

The game app doesn't save your free boosters. If you paid for anything you can go into the settings and 'restore purchases' but that's about it. As for the sugar drop feature. Can you post some screenshots as I haven't seen that happening before.
