I am facing problem on my Nokia lumia 730DS

I was trying to update current version but got following error every time even after changing location from SD Card to Phone memory & manualy setting time & Date, also i have turned on my advertising ID. All in Vain. So, I Uninstalled it & Reinstalled it via manual download option but it gave following error

"Store error 

We seen to be experiencing technical difficulties. please wait a little while ,then try again . if the problem continues, try restarting your phone.

Then I again tried to install it directly from store, In Store it is showing as " installed" but this message is incorrect. When , I tap on the app, it opens option "install" & move to pending for long time and then "attention required"

I have done soft reset many time, but this problem still there. Please help..

    I think this is a sync error code. I found this info online on how to resolve this: 

    Open Sync Center by clicking the Start button , clicking All Programs, clicking Accessories, and then clicking Sync Center.

    In the left pane of Sync Center, click View sync conflicts.

    Select one or more conflicts, and then click Resolve.
