Can't collect candies with C's on them

For weeks I was able to collect candies with C's on them. When I collected enough I would get a booster. Now they no longer appear nor does the 8 hour count down. Other people are still collecting them. Is it that I have collected to many boosters? Can I get them to come back again?

On mine there is a maximum target I guess that once you have reached it and received all of your Boosters that it won't be available anymore. Candy Crush often has little competitions and promotions so keep your eyes peeled
