Last week my Samsung tablet made a software update. Since then, I don't know whether it's got anything to do with it, I get message above and so i can't buy anything and so i can't proceed to further levels. Facebook is connected so that's not the problem. I'm on Android.
Can someone help me Please?

Have you tried connecting to WiFi? If that doesn't work I think that you may need to contact the Play-store support. Try this link- https://support.google.com/googleplay/?hl=en#topic=3364260 Let us know if they offer a solution to the problem
