Why can't I load Candy Crush Saga on my phone?

The game crashes every time I try to open it. I get the error message, "Unfortunately, Candy Crush Saga has stopped." I have tried restarting my phone but the game still won't load. It says "loading" then it crashes. I have the latest software update on my Samsung S4 and this has been going on for a week. Please help me! I miss playing Candy Crush. Thanks King Care Team

Make sure that you check for any updates for your device and apps: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/113412?hl=en

Also if you clear the cache (do this frequently anyway)as this solves most problems: Settings > Apps > (Candy Crush Saga) > Clear cache

I cleared the cache, restarted my phone and tried to load the game. It still doesn't work. This did not solve my problem.

Hi valencia!

I had the same problem.  

Try uninstalling candy crush from your phone and download the older version from the link below:

http://candy-crush-saga.en.uptodown.com/android/download/449629

It might ask you to disable a security setting before it'll allow you to install the app.

If you lose the file go to downloads on your phone you'll find it there. 

Install it and start crushing the candy shop
