why when i win a level it won't move me up to next levelevel

I have won level 442 a bunch of times and it won't move me to level 443. I then uninstalled and reinstalled the game and lost all my lives,  I'm ready to stop playing this if i can't ever move up,  it also tells me my goal is like 115638653,???

I'm having the exact same problem on level 994. Im using an Android device, so I can't play on facebook or King.com as a workaround. I'm really annoyed about the lives and boosters I lost uninstalling and reinstalling to try to fix this since it isn't helping.
