Why does Candy Crush Saga on Facebook stop loading after reaching 5%?

Its been days since the last update on Candy Crush Saga. However, I still can't play it since the game stops loading after it reaches 5%. I already went to different websites and forums trying to fix the problem, but none of them worked. Here are the things I tried to do:

1.) Download/ Update a Flash Player;

2.) Clear my browsing data

3.) Clear all caches, cookies, etc.

4.) Try it on a different browser;

5.) Turn-off/ disable the microphone and camera for Candy Crush Saga.

Can you fix this? And it seems I'm not the only user experiencing this problem as per your Facebook Page. Thank you very much
