Issues with level 949

level 949 is not working correctly, deleted the app and reinstalled and still doesn't work. Lost all of boosters, not to mention the ones I lost trying to clear this jacked up level, also purchased extra moves.(gold bars) Can you refund money lost and resources lost? Considering deleting game all together if I'm not reimbursed!!

Pins disapearing
yesterday it said there was 3 weeks left to finish the pins quest. this morning it said they were finished and coming back soon? I was so close to finishing 135 pins. it really is false advertising
