I cannot get candies in the 4th column and this makes it impossible to pass. Level 949

I have seen that I am not the only one with this problem, candies are not falling down the 4th column on the left and the last jelly on the 4th column cannot be cleared. Also, it keeps sending me back to level 1, this is annoying.
