For almost a week now, my Candy Crush saga game won't load.

For almost a week now, my Candy Crush saga game won't load in my Laptop. It is stuck to 5% open.  I have tried contacting Help section but got just an automated reply, no clear answer.  I tried checking if it will load on a Ipad, and it does.  I am using a HP window 8.
