There is a glitch in level 991 of candy crush definitely. How do I clear it?

I have tried this level over 100 times and have noticed that the other two ingredients never fall. Many are facing this issue but many have cleared it as well. What strategy should I adopt to cross it. There must be some trick to bypass the glitch. Please help me
