Lost all boosters and lives when I got a new phone.

On June 1st, I got a new phone. I connect to play via Facebook. I lost all my boosters (many that I had purchased) and all of my mail (lives) on Candy Crush and my lives on Soda. I don't really care about the lives, but I do want my boosters restored or receive a credit for my purchases. Please advise.

My old phone has been restored to factory settings. Can I reinstall soda and resume with my power ups

Boosters can not be transferred. You will have to use your old mobile. Once you have used all your boosters you can switch to your new device.Cheers :-)

Thank you. I just got a new iPad and installed Candy Crush and noticed that my gold bars transferred, but none of my boosters or extra lives (almost 300!). This is kind of a Catch 22 because while using my old iPad and the boosters, I'll inevitably end up earning new ones. I'll just have to remember to do my daily spins and collect lives that people send me on my new one and start rebuilding.Thank you again for this answer!

FYI the way level 9292 is currently set up, it is impossible to win without paying for gold bars or having some in reserve. If you play perfectly, and someone helped you out giving you 3 extra lives, you are still one short of being able to win. I've paid for gold bars before to help me pass hard levels, but I refuse to…
