Level 991

Is there a glitch on Level 991? There are supposed to have 3 keys to open up and bring down 3 ingredients but there are 2 keys only. With 28 moves left clear of obstacles, there is no sign of the 3rd ingredient! Already had a hard just bringing down the first 2 ingredients! SOS!

This is how I completed the level. The sequence of unlocking the locks and setting off the color bombs seems to have given some players problems.
