Stuck on Level 855

Hello,

Will there be an update on Candy Crush Saga anytime soon? I have been stuck on the same level for over a month now; however, it seems like the game doesn't recognize me anymore. I have uninstalled the game and installed it back; I have logged off of Facebook and logged back in to see if that helps and all of my attempts have failed. When I play, my picture doesn't pop up anymore and when I click to see what friends of mine have beaten the level, my little blue icon that says "me" can't be highlighted. I'm at a loss. I want to continue playing but at this point, I'm stuck.

Hello Crusher18. Thank you for the help but none of the steps in the video helped. I even forced stop and cleared my cache and none of that helped me. It's the same on both my tablet and phone
