when playing level 376 candy crush saga, when I clear all the pie pieces, to the right of the screen, only ingredients show up and there aren't any candies, please help me if you can

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
