connection issues

I posted about this issue when it was the forum site.  after an update months ago my mobile stopped updating progress onto my laptop therefore if I progress on my mobile phone it won't inform the laptop of this.  I have rebooted a few times, I have deleted a few times as well as changing my password. 

I also get to the part of ending a chapter and able to ask for help but even if 3 ppl help me there is no way to progress this or buy to progress so I have to play the game again on my laptop and this is frustrating me.  I'm currently just passed level 965. 

I know I'm receiving help as I watched my hubby accept my help request.  I also logged into his candy crush on my phone and that was fine I even got the new sweet things but they arnt on mine

any help before I permanently delete the game is appreciated.
