cant sign in because of error message " oops we've encountered an unknown error" and my progress was reversed to level 11 when I had already reached level 457

Hi John!
Please check how many levels you have on Facebook. If you have all 457 levels there means that the connection between your mobile and Facebook needs to be reconnected.
