Problem with the app on my smartphone.
Good morning, my name is Sara and I play Candy Crush Saga. Since a short time atthe beginning of the app on my smartphone after neither 30 seconds returns the screen ofmy cell-phone. This happens also when, a few times, I'm playing at a level and when I return again in the game I realize to have lost one life. Why? I tried to begin again my cell-phone, but it seems again the same problem. Another problem that I found is that while I'm playing the game and arrive a call, the game break off, and when I return in the game I see that I have lost one life. Why this happens? When I receive the calls, many times hardly ever I finish the level and sometimes I only just started it!!! Please settle the problem as soon as possible. Thank for the attention.

Which version of the game do you have installed? I suggest you update to the latest version here:https://itunes.apple.com/en/app/candy-crush-saga/id553834731?mt=8 or https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.king.candycrushsaga&hl=en
What phone model do you have? Some of them disconnects running apps when switching to phone mode.
