I am wondering why I dont have the sugar drops feature in Candy Crush when so many others do

My sister and daughter both have the Sugar Drops feature in Candy Crush, but i do not. Why is this so, when will it be fixed so we are all on the same playing field. I feel disappointed and unloved ......
