Passed Level 1001

I passed level 1001 with the final key falling and clearing with 11 moves left to go and then I forced it with 1 move to go using 5 Switches and 7 Hammers. Using the boosters does not use moves so I in effect created 12 extra moves to force it to happen. I couldn't wait for King to address this level any longer. Their customer support is awful!!!

⛔ Under investigation: Music event disappeared
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.

Hello, I actually have 2 separate accounts that I play on. My main account that I had been playing on since May of 2023 is at level 18,494 and the 2nd account is at 1,611. Not getting my deserved goldbars
I collected all the tapes in the right timeframe but did not get my 300 goldbars. That feels real unfair. Is it still possible to get them? I earned them fairly.
