Why didn't my unlimited lives and boosters show up on my phone?

About 45 minutes ago I purchased the "Weekend Sale" of 100 gold bars, 3X boosters, and 6 hours of unlimited play on my facebook account of candy crush.  I used my Visa and $9.99 was charged to my account.  I got all the gold bars and was able to use 9 of them on my phone.  However the boosters and unlimited play did not show up.  It is linked to my facebook account.
