Boosters gone again

Question

2nd time I go to play and all my boosters are gone. Was fixed 1st time but gone again and I had quite a few of each

Thanks crusher 18 but already tried that didn't work have contacted king again. Not sure can be fixed but hoping so. :/

Were these Boosters that you won or ones that you bought? I think only the ones that you bought can be restored.
