I can't get my boosters back by using settings. 2 times I've lost all that I saved up. Real frustr

Without doing any changes to my android. I've lost what I saved from the wheel, purchases and from the sugar drops. Both times I was on a level, like 443. I've been working on it for a few days. Then today, it takes me from 442 as if I had just now finished it. Moves me to 443 and everything gone. Sour candy!

I had the same problem with my Android device, the first time customer care responded but didn't resolve the problem. The second time I used the chat option, the situation was resolved within a few minutes. I was given 75 gold bars because they could not restore my boosters.
