Missing boosters

Again, my boosters were deleted with the latest update. Previously I contacted customer support but the REPLY button in the correspondence was disabled therefore I could not reply. Every update causes more and more problems, this is becoming very frustrating. Please fix the problem.

Hey Charm on the game home page in the bottom left side you will find the Settings and in the settings there is an option to "Restore Purchases" any Boosters that you have bought should be in your account again Let me know how you get on.

The game freezes when using special items/boosters while playing - Edited (Reported to the Studio)!

Hi, WhWhen I watch a video, click on the X sometimes it opens a Web browser, but when I try to go back to the game it restart it! So each time I do lose the level. Can you help me? Many thanks
